- Fill out the Sunsphere Filming Request Form.
Your Filming Agreement will be sent after all details are finalized.
Filming Rules & Regulations
What to expect: Your filming agreement grants your group exclusive access to the Sunsphere. The observation deck includes a 360 degree view of Knoxville, making it a perfect venue for filming.
Rate & Payment
- The rate is $150 per hour with a maximum of 3 hours at one time.
- Payments are due 1 week prior to the booking date via Invoice or Check.
- If paying by check, please make them out to Visit Knoxville (301 S. Gay Street Knoxville, TN 37902) ATTN: Monica Armstrong, and include a copy of your invoice with the check.
Availability
- Filming is offered before or after regular operating hours Monday-Friday (10-5pm).
- We accommodate up to 3 hours at one time.
Insurance
- Insurance is required for filming on the Sunsphere Observation Deck.
- Proper insurance must be submitted 1 week prior to the reserved date.
