The go-to here is the “Spicy Nerdhead Biscuits” with tomato jam & butter, which can also be ordered as a breakfast bowl where it crowns eggs and gravy. Another bowl option is the Rib Sticker, with biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
