Ho Ho Holiday!
It's the return of the only Community-Wide The Elf on the Shelf® Scavenger Hunt in the Country! Scout Elves will land in Knoxville to begin the scavenger hunt on Friday, November 24th. Children of all ages are invited to pick up a North Pole Pass at any of the participating businesses to help guide them through the adventure. There will be fun, treats, and prizes along the way until the Scout Elves return to the North Pole on January 7th.
Grab a hot chocolate and stroll around downtown to enjoy the decorative trees, windows, doors, and patios twinkling in lights and dipped in peppermint. Downtown businesses will be decorated in peppermint-themes to add to the over 100,000+ lights and garlands draped throughout trees and parks.

Adults and children can skate day and night, seven days a week, at the open-air ice rink nestled under twinkling lights in the middle of Market Square. From November 24 through January 7 you’ll find music, 160,000 pounds of ice, and great people watching. Special appearances by Peppermint Panda, the ice-rink mascot, will add to the skating and photo fun.
