Covenant Health Park, a new multi-use stadium in Knoxville’s Old City, will host the Knoxville Smokies (MiLB) and One Knox SC (USL1). The new stadium can seat 7,000 attendees for games and 10,000 for events. The project includes restaurants, retail, residences, and public plazas to boost downtown development.
Designed with sustainable materials and historic charm, it features a Tennessee-shaped scoreboard, a water tower, and connections to the greenway. Enhanced pedestrian pathways and streetscape improvements will link the stadium to downtown, creating a vibrant, accessible hub.
