Pegu Club Cocktail
- 2oz Tanqueray Gin
- .75oz Orange Curaçao
- .75oz Lime Juice
- 1-2 dashes Orange Bitters, such as Regan’s or Fee Brothers
- 1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters, as garnish
- Lime Wedge
Method: Combine all ingredients with Ice, except Angostura, into a Shaking Tin and shake until condensation appears on the outside of the tin. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and 1-2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
