Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gosling's Black Seal
- .75 oz Campari
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- .75 oz fresh lime
- .25 oz demerara syrup*
Method
Method: Shake hard with ice, pour into fancy and fun glass of choice, garnish with two pineapple fronds.
All Tern Club syrups are made in house. The demerara syrup is relatively easy for folks to make at home.
*Demerara Syrup: 2 parts demerara sugar, 1 part water, heat over low until sugar is completely dissolved.
