Crocus 75 Cocktail

Happy hour is here!  Enjoy this new series featuring local cocktail creations from creative bartenders and mixologists at various Knoxville establishments.  Today we’re featuring Kefi, a Greek tapas-style hot spot in the Old City.  Try your hand at the recipe below and enjoy a glass of Crocus 75, and consider stopping by Kefi on your next visit to Knoxville – cheers!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounce gin
  • .25 ounce apricot brandy
  • .5 ounce lemon juice
  • .5 ounce saffron simple syrup
  • Brut sparkling wine
  • Garnishes – Dried orange and flower

Method

Combine all ingredients in mixer tin and shake until chilled. Strain into chilled coupe glass and top with brut bubbly.  Garnish with dried orange and edible flower.
