Visit Knoxville invites the community to its inaugural Block Party on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 11 AM to 2 PM, outside the Sunsphere at the Knoxville Convention Center. This event benefits the United Way of Greater Knoxville.
For $10, guests can enjoy lunch and receive free admission to the Sunsphere. All proceeds from lunch sales, Sunsphere tickets for the day, and a silent auction for UT football tickets will go directly to the United Way campaign. Local organizations will also be on-site with activities and giveaways. Organizations include members of the Arts and Culture Alliance, Knoxville Smokies, One Knoxville SC, Knoxville Ice Bears, DICK’S House of Sport, Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame, Block by Block (K-Town Connect), the YMCA, Legacy Parks, and Outdoor Knoxville.
