2026 AAU Girls Basketball World Championships
June 24 – 28, 2026
The Visit Knoxville Sports Commission is thrilled to welcome back the 2026 AAU Girls Basketball World Championships this June! The event kicks off with opening ceremonies on Wednesday, June 24 followed by tournament play from the morning of June 25 through June 28. Games will be held at the beautiful Knoxville Convention Center and the adjacent World’s Fair Exhibition Hall just a few steps away. Both venues are nestled in the heart of Downtown Knoxville, within walking distance of numerous hotels and over 75 restaurants in a one-mile radius. Knoxville is proud to host this prestigious event and welcomes all teams, players, and fans to enjoy everything our vibrant city has to offer.
