Safe Site Visit Program
As we continue moving forward with site selection and booking for future programs, the Visit Knoxville Sales Team and our partners are committed to safely hosting you for site inspections.
#KNOXTOGETHER – Our Community Based Plan for Re-opening
As Knoxville and Knox County continue to monitor the impacts of COVID-19, Visit Knoxville wants you to know that the safety of our visitors (and our community) is our highest priority. For example, on July 3rd, Knox County began mandating mask wearing county-wide in indoor public spaces and enclosed spaces where maintaining 6 feet of social distancing is not feasible. Our hotels, businesses and attractions are operating under the guidelines of Governor Lee’s Tennessee Pledge. As we re-open our doors it’s vital that we stay committed to being SAFE together…because safe together makes us BETTER together.
Our Convention Services Team has been eagerly waiting to welcome groups back to Knoxville, but most importantly welcome them back safely! The team uses a customized approach based on the individual needs of each group, and now more than ever, we are committed to providing these important services to ensure the highest level of success for your meeting here in Knoxville!
