Beginning at Walker Springs Rd (just west of Wal-Mart), the Ten Mile Creek Greenway runs parallel to Ten Mile Creek, hence the name. The greenway passes by Walker Spring Park which offers a 0.3 mile connector trail to the Greenway in addition to a great start location. From the Park's greenway connection, heading east winds over to Gallaher View Rd to connect with the Cavet Station Greenway that runs north to Middlebrook Pike and its sidewalk system. Westbound, winds through the woods, crossing Bridgewater Rd under I-40, before terminating at the eastern end of the Carmike Wynnsong Theater (just north of Peters Rd). Future plans call for Ten Mile Creek Greenway to connect from the western end of Carmike Wynnsong Theater and head southwest to the sidewalk system on Ebenezer Rd which runs all the way to Northshore Dr.
