"The Boulevard" as it's known to locals, is a favorite of walkers, runners and road cyclists. The crushed stone path that winds along the median is perfect for walkers and runners, while cyclist ride the paved boulevard. This is a very pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Sequoyah Hills is one of Knoxville's grandest neighborhoods, from quaint old homes, many dating back to the early part of this century, to lush landscaping, to waterfront views — it's a beautiful place to spend a couple of hours outdoors. While every season is colorful in Sequoyah Hills, spring rolls out the carpet, from flowering dogwoods to overflowing flowerbeds, it's a horticultural wonderland and on the Dogwood Arts Festival Tour. This lush rolling terrain has a few hills to test your endurance! At the eastern end of the greenway, just across Kingston Pike on the west side of the church parking lot, is the connector trail down to the Third Creek Greenway.
