The First Creek Greenway is currently divided into two sections — upper and lower. The 0.5-mile lower greenway section starts in Caswell Park and circumvents the Ashley Nicole Playground, gardens and an open space. The 0.9-mile upper greenway section runs through First Creek Park winding alongside First Creek featuring a small loop trail in the bend of the creek near the middle of the park. This linear section of the greenway links First Creek Park with the Broadway Avenue sidewalk system.
