Can I buy tickets on-site?

While we encourage you to purchase festival passes online in advance, yes, you may purchase on-site.  The festival box will be located at Regal Riviera and hours are as follows:
Thursday, November 9 – 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday, November 10 – 3:15pm – 10:00pm
Saturday, November 11 – 10:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday, November 12 – 10:00am – 8:00pm

Please note, passes and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged , except in the case of a cancelled screening.  

What's the deadline for buying a pass?

There's no deadline other than the date we sell out!

Where can I buy festival merchandise?

Festival and Knoxville merchandise will be available at Regal Riviera during box office hours listed above.
