Savor the tastes of spring with us in the first of our Seed to Plate culinary art classes! Join local food advocate and chef Willa Essie to learn how to prepare a selection of dishes grown and harvested fresh from the Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum’s Center for Urban Agriculture. We will meet at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 9 in the Historic Mule Barn located at 2649 Boyds Bridge Pike.

All participants will learn how to prepare a variety of seasonal dishes and enjoy a modest brunch in our Historic Mule Barn, attend a tour of the Center for Urban Agriculture, receive a goody bag that includes an edible plant for their home garden and recipe cards.
