Come enjoy the music stylings of Benji Bliss & David Chateam.

Benji Bliss is a Knoxville raised, multi-faceted musician. He is Known for his heartfelt keyboard and vocals and further for his ability to blend genres with rich texture. Bliss takes on a robust set of styles pulling from a range of influences including folk, r&b, soul, jazz, and electronica. He is also passionate about healing arts, community events, sustainability, and health and wellness. Currently living outside of Asheville drawing inspiration from the rich landscape of Appalachia, Benji is farming hemp and producing music under his solo project titled "Bliss ~ Codes".

Born and raised in Cullowee NC, Dave has been playing music since he his early years. His mandolin melodies and original tunes have been heard in venues throughout both the Smoky and Rocky Mountains where he sounds right at home. Dave plays from a warm pallet of Bluegrass, Folk, and Blues, with a special love for Reggae AND the Grateful Dead- A unique combination that makes for a fun and soulful sound with sweet note from the south . David is passionate about forestry, kayaking, and Snowboarding. Currently living outside of Asheville, NC Dave is an active member in Judaculla Blue, a psychedelic blues jam band.

Together these two bring to Knoxville Soap Candle & Gifts an evening of bright Appalachian Soul sure to warm hearts as well as dancing shoes with a healthy mix of original and improvised acoustic jams.
