Harmony Family Center invites you to join us November 5, for an event you do not have to attend. In lieu of a traditional fundraising luncheon, Harmony Delivered is the unique fall event that brings dinner to your door to support of Harmony Family Center’s life-changing work with children, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. This is the perfect evening for introverts who hate making small talk at luncheons, those who are burnt out on virtual galas, parents who are tired of making dinner for their kids, or anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal from the comfort of home while supporting work that changes lives, families, and communities.
November is National Adoption Month, making it an ideal time to learn more and support Harmony’s work with families. Many of Harmony’s evidence-based services focus on the needs of children who come from hard places and families whose lives have been impacted by adoption and the child welfare system. Harmony provides services across the state, including training, pre- and post-adoption support, and therapeutic services that address the unique needs of people who have experienced trauma. Proceeds from Harmony Delivered will benefit Harmony’s canine- and equine-assisted therapy programs.
“This year, more than ever, supporting at-risk children in our community is imperative. Harmony steps into the gap, embraces the difficult realities so many children and families in our community face, and provides industry leading trauma-responsive care,” said Melissa Ballard, Harmony Family Center Board Member. “Let Harmony Delivered take one thing off your to-do list and give you the opportunity to end your day by caring for those most at-risk in our community.”
Dinner for two catered by Brown Bag begins at $150 and includes a dinner playlist and some other fun surprises. Find menu details and purchase tickets at www.harmonyfamilycenter.org.
