Zack Roskop started Knox Brew Tours in the fall of 2014 and has since operated over 1,300 brewery tours in Knoxville. Knox Brew Tours is the culmination of his love for Knoxville, local beer and people. Candace Preston moved to Knoxville from Green Bay, Wisconsin and has jumped into the craft beer community head first! As the Office Manager for Knox Brew Tours she has facilitated over 250 tours and continuously shares her passion for the Knoxville beer scene through guiding tours, providing social media content for Knox Brew Tours and for writing blogs.
