Downtown Knoxville’s Craft Distillery takes you behind the curtain of Gin
Knoxville, Tennessee – Knox Whiskey Works will be hosting two Gin Workshops in January. Learn the basics of making and tasting gin, from the ins and outs of using botanicals to operating a still. Attendees of the workshops will discuss and learn first-hand about all aspects of gin: the history, the types and flavors of gin including a tasting flight of different gin styles, how distillation works, but most importantly attendees will take part in the distillation of Jackson Ave Gin.
The Gin Workshops will take place at Knox Whiskey Works, 516 W Jackson Ave, on January 23 & 30 at 11:00am with a cost of $35.
