KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – World Class Tae Kwon Do is sponsoring the Tae Kwon Do National State Games Qualifier Saturday, June 10 at Hardin Valley Academy. The tournament is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a $5.00 cover charge is required at the door. All medal winners will qualify for the National Congress of State Games that will be held in Grand Rapids, MI.

Regular individuals and athletes will compete in an Olympic style setting in various sports including forms, sparring, and breaking. This qualifying event is opened to all ages and belt levels. Modified World Tae Kwon Do Federation rules will apply.

Instructors, students, families, and friends are welcome from all across the state of Tennessee and surrounding areas.

Several states host a state games event; however, this event will be the soft launching of the Tennessee Games, which will launch officially in 2018.

The Lewis Institute of Tae Park Tae Kwon Do of the United States of America is under the direction of Junior Grandmaster, 7th Degree Black-Belt, Dennis Lewis.  Junior Grandmaster Lewis is in charge of Grand Master Tae Zee Park's Tae Kwon Do in this part of the United States.  Lewis Institute's central studio is located in Union City, Tennessee and was started in 1988. For more information, visit www.MidsouthTKD.com
