KNOXVILLE, TENN - Big Kahuna Wings Bar & Grill, locally known for its award-winning, dry-rub wings, made fresh-to-order and its tasty BKW Seasonings and dipping sauces, today announced plans to expand its successful brand by offering franchise opportunities for the first time.
Founded in 2014, Big Kahuna Wings Bar & Grill is a family-owned restaurant concept born out of the popular BKW Seasonings brand, whose Original and Fire Blend products have been satisfying taste buds at sporting events, parties and family gatherings for more than 40 years.
Big Kahuna Wings Bar & Grill currently has one restaurant located at 12828 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tenn., which has become highly popular in a short period of time presumably due to its comfortable atmosphere, uniquely personal service and diverse menu that includes fresh salads, house-made sides, specialty plates and sandwiches, and select beers and wines, in addition to wings.
The company hired the Knoxville-based firm, Franchise Innovation Group (formerly 1st Choice Franchise Concepts), a recognized leader in bringing franchising dreams to life across the country, to help facilitate and consult on this initiative.

Big Kahuna Wings Bar & Grill is open from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
