Knoxville, TN - There’s plenty of fun to be found with downtown Knoxville festivals this weekend – but you might want to check out the lineup of happenings and a street map beforehand to help yourself smoothly navigate.
In addition, anticipate some utility work in or near downtown in the coming week, plus a Gay Street lane closure for four hours on Sunday morning due to a crane operation.
The Kuumba Festival and parade come to Market Square on Friday night, and Saturday downtown happenings include Knoxville Pridefest on World’s Fair Park (South Lawn), the Big Kahuna Wing Festival on World’s Fair Park (North Lawn), the Market Square Farmers’ Market and Knoxville Brewfest along Depot Avenue and the Gay Street Viaduct.
